"We wanted to let you know we received the copy of the appraisal and the Bed Bath and Beyond Gift card.  Thank you very much for sending these to us.  The gift card will definitely come in handy as there are so many "start up" things to be purchased for a new home.  Thank you for making our loan experience pleasant and stress free.  We do appreciate your knowledge and your quick responses to our questions and concerns.  I will recommend you to anyone in the area that may need a mortgage loan in the future."

"I sincerely appreciate the diligence Integrite' First Mortgage demonstrated during my mortgage application process.  As this was my first house, I relied on their expertise and advice, both of which proved invaluable!  They even cared enough to travel from Lexington to Lugoff so as to personally attend the "closing" of the deal.  I consider myself extremely fortunate that I selected them to represent me during this business and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of assistance in the house buying or mortgage arena.  If they're ever in the area, please stop by.  My door is always open to you."
