"Barbara and I finished the closing process at the lawyer's office this afternoon.  Everything.went well.  We are very appreciative and thankful for your help in this.  This is very significant to us as we manage our budget during these retirement years!  The monthly P&I payment turns out to be significantly less than what we thought (due to the lower interest rate you gave us compared to what we initially agreed upon).  If any of our friends are looking for a new mortgage, we know where we will send them.  Once again, thank you very much for your work on this."
