"We just wanted to say thank you for everything.  We received the appraisal, voided check, and gift card.  I apprecaite you being on top of everything throughout this process.  Good service today can be so hit or miss.  You did a great job and we appreciate your hard work.  Nicole's parents are moving down next year and they will be purchasing a house.  We will send you their info when they are ready.  We also have a friend who is currently looking to purchase a home now.  He recently put in a couple of bids, but lost them in a bidding war.  However, he doesn't have a mortgage rep yet so we will give him one of your business cards the next time we see him."
