"I wanted to write and let you know that we received your letter, cancelled check and $20 gift card. Thank you very much for not charging us for our credit check and for the gift card. It was a very generous gesture on your part, and Darryl and I certainly appreciate it.

I also want to thank you for all the hard work you did in getting us our new home mortgage. I especially appreciate how you called our attorney's office as well as Fifth Third bank when there was an issue with the closing. You were extremely helpful, and I appreciate that you kept me in the loop during this problem.

You and your company were very professional, helpful, and honest. It is rare these days to find even one of these characteristics in a company. Darryl and I will be sure to recommend you and your company to our friends and neighbors. It was truly a pleasure to work with you, and I will surely contact you if we need to refinance our condo in NC.
